A name spoken quietly. A circle discussed but rarely understood. A privilege experienced by very few. This is not a program. This is not a reward. This is not public.
This is the highest level of recognition within the House.

Any registration, payment, or attempt to access this offering without a direct personal invitation will be immediately canceled. Individuals who attempt to bypass this restriction may be permanently restricted from purchasing any future product, oil, or creation from the House.
This policy is strictly enforced. There are no exceptions.
ELIGIBILITY FOR CONSIDERATION
Only individuals who meet all of the following criteria may be considered for Private List membership:

Meeting these criteria does not guarantee admission. It only qualifies an individual for consideration.
HOW EXCLUSIVE IS THE PRIVATE LIST
Out of thousands of clients worldwide, fewer than five individuals may receive an invitation during an opening. The Private List has never exceeded 50 individuals worldwide since its establishment more than 100 years ago.
Openings occur once every few years. One invitation equals one opportunity. No waitlists. No advertising. No requests. No exceptions.
PRIVATE LIST PRIVILEGES
- Private List members operate under an entirely different framework:
- Every new oil, perfume, incense, or creation produced by the House during the year is received free of charge.
- All other products, oils, and incense are offered at 50 percent access pricing with no restrictions or quantity limits, excluding only consignment items, artifacts, jewelry, and single unique pieces.
- Exclusive Private List creations that are never listed or sold publicly.
- No limitations on quantities or limited batches.
- Priority order processing and priority shipping at all times.
- Every order is fully insured against loss, damage, or confiscation. Any affected order will be replaced at no cost.
Private List members do not compete for access. Access is guaranteed.
ANNUAL ACTIVATION REQUIREMENT
To activate and maintain Private List status, members are required to make one single purchase per calendar year at the beginning of the year. The purchase may be any item or oil from the Private Vault. (private vault items only are applicable and not other items).
You can simply log in through your registered account and have full access to the private vault. if your Membership is paused or have any issues, please contact us. (if you are not seeing your private list or able to access it please contact us).
One purchase is sufficient. There is no minimum quantity and no additional spending requirement.
Once this annual Private Vault selection is completed, membership is fully activated for the year, and every new creation produced during that year is sent automatically free of charge with fully insured and trackable worldwide shipping. Everything!
WHO IS ON THE PRIVATE LIST
Current members include royalty figures, presidents, senior religious leaders, billionaires, and globally recognized cultural figures.
Names are never disclosed. Discretion is absolute.
THE COST
Private List membership is offered at the symbolic cost of one dollar per month, charged monthly at the beginning of each month. To keep the subscription active, a valid payment card must be on file. We do not have access to, store, or view your card details.
If you have received this invitation, it means you have already demonstrated a level of patronage where this membership is financially insignificant compared to the privileges it provides.

PRIVATE VAULT PRIVATE LIST MEMBERSHIP FAQ
Q/ What qualifies as a new oil perfume incense or creation
A/ Every new official launch produced by The House of The Perfumist qualifies. This includes all new oil-based perfumes alcohol-based perfumes attars elixirs incense woods and special creations released during the calendar year.
The only exclusions are items already permanently listed inside the Private Vault for direct purchase and one of one artifacts relics or singular unique pieces where only one exists as obviously we can't send it to all active members. Everything else newly launched is included.
Q / Is this valid only for launches of limited time or does it apply to all new releases
A/ It applies to all new launches without exception. Whether the release is limited flagship seasonal experimental or ultra rare it is included.
This covers rose oils attars oud musk elixirs incense agarwood kinam kyara and rare woods. If it is an official launch it is included.
Q / How often do you launch new creations
A / Each year the number increases. Last year we released 15 unique creations. This year we anticipate a minimum of between 17 to 20 unique launches including extremely limited batches, Oud, Musk and Kyara and extremely rare small productions.
Q / What size bottle will be offered for each included release
A / Each qualifying oil or perfume will be provided in a 3 ml size. Perfume and modern elixirs in the normal 50ml full bottle size. This is not a sampler offer we will send a full bottle (3ml for oils and 50ml for modern alcohol-based elixirs) for each member, with shipping, insurance and priority service all on us.
If the release is an incense wood or a similar material it will be offered in the appropriate entry level size for that material.
Q / Are ultra rare releases such as kinam/kyara and old oud oils over 3k - 5k included?
A / Yes. All official launches are included including ultra rare materials such as kinam/kyara and aged oud oils.
Q / Does the membership operate on a calendar year or 365 days from the purchase date
A / It operates on a calendar year and concludes on the last day of that calendar year regardless of when the membership was purchased or activated.
Q / Do I need to keep my card on file for the one-dollar monthly charge
A / Yes. An active card must remain on file for the one-dollar monthly subscription. This ensures continued access to Private Vault items and allows us to maintain your active membership status within our system.
Q / What is the expected value of the total launches each year in price?
A / The value of the total included launches in material cost only will exceed tens of thousands of dollars in value not including shipping, insurance, or priority service which we cover in full.
Q / How is this possibly profitable for the house?
A / It is not designed to be profitable. The Private List exists as a gesture of respect toward our most loyal connoisseurs creators collectors and patrons of the art. It is way of giving back while preserving the integrity of true artisanal perfumery. We lose money doing it it's not profitable! But we gain much more the loyalty and appreciation of the world's top collectors and connoisseurs to us that is priceless.
Q / Is the Private List membership a discount program
A / No. It is not a discount program. It is a relationship-based offering designed to reward loyalty preserve access and maintain a refined circle of individuals who value rare natural perfumery at the highest level. We have people who spend over 100k and are not invited, we have heads of state whose office manager or secretary do their shopping and are not invited, we have celebrities, who don't like oud, musk, or rose not invited, actually if we don't strongly feel that you truly appreciate and understand our work you will not be invited.
