1-     No returns / no exchange policy

We believe in keeping our return and exchange policy straightforward, simple, and transparent.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the importance of hygiene and personal safety, and the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any package that has been opened, unsealed, or used.

Perfume oils and fragrances are highly personal products, often applied directly to the skin. Once opened, we cannot guarantee their original purity, integrity, or hygienic condition. Therefore, we cannot resell or offer these products to another customer.

At The Perfumist, we take exceptional care in sourcing, handling, storing, and preserving our rare and exquisite oils. Our commitment to purity, authenticity, and quality is uncompromising. Once a product leaves our possession and is opened, we can no longer guarantee that it has not been altered, contaminated, diluted, or mixed with other materials.

Consider this: How would you feel if you invested in an exceptionally rare, premium-quality perfume oil, only to discover that it had previously been opened, used, or potentially altered? We believe every customer deserves to receive their fragrance in its original, pristine condition, exactly as intended.

For these reasons, all sales of opened or unsealed products are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for such products, except where required by applicable law.

Additional Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made and bespoke fragrances, personalized orders, special commissions, samples, discovery sets, and products specifically sourced or prepared upon request are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except where required by applicable law.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and respect for the exceptional standards of quality, hygiene, and authenticity that define The Perfumist.

2- No Discount Policy 

We do not offer discounts, sales, markdowns, coupons, or promotional pricing. Every product is sold at its original listed price, regardless of the occasion, season, or location. No exceptions. We don't offer repeated customers discount, bulk discounts, preferred price for higher value items. All prices are fixed. All prices are final.

Our prices reflect the rarity of our ingredients, exceptional craftsmanship, and uncompromising commitment to quality. We believe in honest, consistent pricing and treating every customer equally.

We kindly ask that you refrain from contacting us to request discounts, coupons, special pricing, or information about upcoming sales.

We have never offered discounted sales, and we never will.

3-     No agent policy

At The Perfumist, we do not operate through independent agents, representatives, distributors, or external sales teams anywhere in the world.

All our products, services, and business operations are managed exclusively in-house, directly by The Perfumist. No exceptions.

The only exception is our carefully selected partner boutiques, which may be authorized to carry and sell specific products from our collections. All officially authorized retailers will be listed on our website.

Any individual or business claiming to represent The Perfumist without being officially listed or confirmed by us should be considered unauthorized.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding a retailer, representative, or the authenticity of our products, please contact us directly.

We appreciate your trust and commitment to the authenticity, exclusivity, and integrity of The Perfumist.

4-     No third parties

At The Perfumist, we believe in complete independence, authenticity, and uncompromising craftsmanship.

We do not outsource our fragrance creation, production, or proprietary processes to third parties. Everything we create, from sourcing and selecting raw materials to sampling, distillation, formulation, blending, maturation, filtration, and bottling, is handled exclusively in-house. No exceptions.

The majority of our raw materials and ingredients are proprietary to The Perfumist and sourced directly by us, allowing us to maintain complete control over their origin, purity, quality, and authenticity.

The only exceptions are supporting materials and equipment, including perfume bottles, packaging, paper, gift wrapping, shipping supplies, and specialized tools used throughout our production processes.

Every fragrance we offer is the result of our own knowledge, craftsmanship, and dedication, never outsourced or manufactured by third parties.

This commitment ensures that every creation bearing The Perfumist name remains entirely true to our standards and artistic vision.

5-     No business right 

t The Perfumist, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to decline, refuse, cancel, or terminate any order, service, business relationship, proposal, or request at any time, with or without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We also reserve the right to determine whether to disclose the reason for such a decision and are under no obligation to provide an explanation unless required by law.

All decisions will be made in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, without unlawful discrimination.

We appreciate your understanding and respect for our right to maintain the integrity, independence, and standards of The Perfumist.

6-     No hidden fees

At The Perfumist, we believe in complete honesty, fairness, and transparency in everything we offer.

We never charge hidden fees, unexpected costs, or additional expenses that have not been clearly disclosed to our customers.

We do not impose subscriptions, recurring charges, additional handling fees, processing fees, gift-wrapping fees, or other unnecessary charges.

Every customer deserves to know exactly what they are paying for before completing a purchase. All applicable product prices, shipping costs, and taxes are clearly presented during checkout.

Our philosophy is simple. The price you see is the price you pay, with no surprises, hidden conditions, or unexpected charges.

We believe that transparency is not a privilege but a fundamental part of the trust and respect every customer deserves.

7-     No association

At The Perfumist, we are proud to be an independent, family-owned and operated business, guided by our own values, principles, and artistic vision.

We are not owned by, affiliated with, or associated with any corporate group, holding company, enterprise, political organization, religious institution, governmental entity, or external interest group.

Our independence allows us to make our own decisions, uphold our principles, and freely express our thoughts, opinions, and beliefs with honesty and transparency.

Any views or opinions expressed by The Perfumist represent our own independent perspective and should not be interpreted as representing or endorsing any external organization, institution, or ideology.

We value freedom of expression, mutual respect, individuality, and the right to remain independent in both our business practices and personal beliefs.
