Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy

Since every order is fully fulfilled by hand just like it was done 300 years ago. Bottling, packaging, sealing, signing, and wrapping are all done by hand for every single order. We don’t have prefilled bottles or pre-packaged products additionally; every order gets passed and signed by our master perfumist personally and for that reason kindly allow us a minimum of 5 to 7 working days to prepare your order. This is for all orders. In some cases orders can take up to 14 - 19 days to be processed. Some products of items if not available, on back order, or being made might take longer. 

If you need the product or item faster than that, please contact us first before making the order.


Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

 
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the client (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

Damages
www.theperfumist.com
is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We offer international shipping to most countries in the world, international shipping is usually done through Fedex/DHL with full tracking and insurance on the items and products. If other methods of shipping use like USPS or regular express mail we won’t be able so to guarantee a delivery timeframe as this will depends on the customs and borders, security checks and post office load and hold time.
