Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years or older to take part in auctions.
By placing a bid, you agree to abide by these rules and our Terms & Conditions.

Penny Auction Format
Bidders must purchase bidding credits in order to participate.
Each bid placed increases the auction price by a small fixed amount (e.g., $0.01).
Each bid placed may also extend the auction timer to ensure fair play.

Reserve Price
Some auctions may have a reserve price.
If the closing price is lower than the reserve price, the item will not be awarded to any bidder.

Winning & Payment
The highest valid bidder at the end of the auction (and above the reserve price, if applicable) is the winner.
Winners will be notified by email and must complete payment within 48 hours.
Failure to pay may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the item.

Refunds & Cancellations
Bidding credits purchased are non-refundable.
Auctions may be cancelled or extended if technical errors, fraudulent activity, or unforeseen issues occur.

Fair Play & Fraud Prevention
Any fraudulent bidding, use of bots, or attempts to manipulate the auction will result in disqualification.
The Perfumist reserves the right to suspend or ban accounts involved in unfair practices.

Shipping & Delivery
Items won will be shipped only after full payment is received.
Shipping costs, duties, or taxes (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the winning bidder.

The Perfumist’s Rights
We reserve the right to update or modify these auction rules at any time.
All decisions by The Perfumist regarding auctions are final.
